Maybe your shampoo smells bad. Change shampoo.

Or the bad smell may not be coming from your hair but from other places e.g. sweat stains on clothes.

Or ask someone else's opinion on whether you smell bad. It could be your imagination.

There is something in your diet that is causing your hair to smell. Your body can't process it well and the result is stinky hair. Look at what you are eating and see if you find a culprit.

Use a clarifying shampoo (daily)--it washes out the residue and oils of your hair. Then you should stop using any hair styling products (wax, gel, etc.) And lastly, do not touch your hair because you transfer dirt and oils to it.

Use a clarifyng shampoo. If you use a hair straightener you could be burning your hair,if that is the case, you probably smell burnt hair.Just a guess.
