Neutrogena makes a good affordable shampoo and conditioner that you can buy at the drug store. The pink one is for dry hair.
Sounds like you need to go to a beauty salon, get a free consultation, see what they would reccomend.

I have baby fine hair and when it's dry outside my hair is full of static, I run a dryer sheet over my head to calm it down.

I get my hair trimmed every 6-8 weeks.
YOU have to get those dry ends cut off!

Use conditioner!
sometimes, don't use shampoo, just condition, leave in for 2 mintues or more, and you can wrap your head in shower cap.

Sounds like you might need to take a daily vitamin.
have you talked to your doctor about it?
are your nails and skin dry and brittle too?

First you need a good hair cut, and a good conditioner.
Look for a conditioner that does NOT have alcohol in it.
and keep your hair covered from the wind.

where do you live? in dry or cold climate?

sounds like a good cut.
and NO coloring your hair, that will dry it out!

If it is very long you should consider a cut about 3 to 4 inches, if it is short, try getting the split ends cut off once a week, and using a deep hot oil treatment, and keep it on for the recommended time. If you color your hair a lot, lay off of that and let new healthy hair grow.

Hot oil treatment and some good deep conditioning! Less drying products on your hair such as gel or hairspray which contain alcohol. Use pomades or serums to style your hair instead.

all u need to do is deep conditioning, get a hair cut to get rid of dead ends and extra frizz. u should also put in leave in conditioner in after u take a shower wen ur hair is wet before u do anything with it. if u dont put it in and u do sumthin like straiten it, that wil dry it out and make even more frizz. also try using friz control products. that always helps

If you use shampoo everyday try using it every other day, but condition your hair everyday. Also look for a smoothing leave-in cream to apply before you style. Most of all... talk to your stylist... they could help you repair your hair with different types of treatments. Best of luck!
