Photoshop is a picture editing program. It has every imagineable feature that a photographer/digital arts professional might need, but there are so many features that it can be difficult to use at first.
Like nearly all software, Photoshop can be found on peer to peer networks for download. But, it is not legal to get it for free in this manner and you might end up with a virus instead of the program.

I would also like to point out that gimp shop (mentioned in webmasterauto's answer) has the exact same user interface as photoshop and is (for the most part) identical, except gimpshop is free.

Nope it's a very good and exspensive software but if you want a keygen version for free you have to look for it their out there you just have to know where to look.
