did they go through proper channels to be there. Do they have a visa? A green card? As a soldier they are working there.
Have they accepted their rules for immigration? Is it only illegal immigration if someone is coming to the USA? Wouldn't anyone coming into any country have to go through proper channels?

the sad thing is all these people who support this waste of resources are not seeing a penny of the billions being made and all the govt has to do is wave an american flag and everyone gets stupid.
half these ppl dont even know anything about american history but they are "100% american".
whatever yes, fix katrina and all the poverty, the worst ghettos are 2 blocks from the white house...fix america first.
fix all the people starving, 100B a year for a war that none of the average people see the rewards for is ridiculous.
Why the hell we have to pay so much for gas? so much taxes? for them to waste it abroad? the difference between that and the illegals [which needs to stop] is that the govt is going out of their way to spend it, while the illegals are sneaking in here and taking it.

Taking an oath of allegiance to the United States army is tantamount to naturalization. Military personnel and their dependants should be granted immediate conditional residence, to be made permanent upon their honorable discharge. This is a time-honored tradition. In the Border Patrol, I worked with several Mexicans who had earned US citizenship through their service with the US Army in Vietnam. My Great Uncle, at age 16, lied about his age and snuck off to Canada to join their army in WWI. He was wounded at the Somme and returned to the US several days before we entered the war. He was awarded the right of Canadian Citizenship. Another Great Uncle was awarded the French Legion d'Honneur and the right to French citizenship.

the USA is in Iraq fighting for our freedom..the Mexicans are here taking our freedoms and benefits. It should be the other way around.. Our soldiers did NOT illegally climb a wall to go in there and start killing innocent people...Immigrants did ..

Illegal? It should be illegal for even one more American to die there. We are authorized by our president and congress to be there, so legality isn't the issue. Morality is. Is it moral for a draft-dodger to send our very best soldiers, marines, airmen and sailors over there to get maimed and killed?

It is illegal, Actually the United Nations wasnt even agree with the War. But they didnt pay attention to that and because they are the USA nobody could do anything.

Good point. The USA is an invader in Iraq just like illegal aliens are invaders in the USA. The only difference is that the weapons used by illegal aliens in the USA aren't weapons of mass destruction and are more subtle.
