I hate chicken noodle soup, anything else work??

Rest & a lot of fluids, Chicken soup (no noodles)
there is no cure for the common cold.

try drinkin a lot of fluids nd rest a lot. theres no great way to get rid of it. JUST REST!

ps. how can any1 not like chicken noodle soup? it iz so awsome! im having it 4 dinner right now!

sudafed only hides the symptoms.

zicam is the only thing scientifically proven to shorten a cold. it works by preventing the replication of the virus in the lungs. i prefer the nasal spray zicam. there are many different types so you must look for the one specifically for cold symptoms. i think it has an orange box.

Take Zinc, Zicam is expensive, just take a zinc tablet everyday to prevent getting a cold. Zicam is zinc.

OJ vitamin C for the immune system.. drugs will just make the symptoms easier to deal with.

Zicam is the best. Anytime my duaghter starts to get a cold she uses it...wonderful stuff!!!

OTC remedies
my pharmacist recommended sudafed PE
it does help

lots of water, vitaman c
a lot of times (i know this is wierd) when i was running and had a cold i could breathe better. eat warm food, whatever you feel like eating.
