Anywhere and everywhere. There seems to be something of sods law about it - the harder you look for something, the less likely you are to find it. Just keep your eyes open for an opportunity to meet someone whenever you're out, and don't try too hard. You never know when you might find yourself standing next to a cute girl at the bus stop, or when you might run into a pretty woman at the supermarket. Just say hi everyday to the person in line with you or in the ilse where ever. Say hi start a conversation. You have nothing to lose. It will help you meet someone who may know someone even.
