Pomegranate Cosmos
2 cups (16 oz) good vodka (recommended: Stolichnaya or Finlandia)
1 cup (8 oz) orange liqueur (recommended: Cointreau)
1 cup (8 oz) pomegranate juice
½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice (3 limes)
Lime peel strips, to garnish
Combine the vodka, orange liqueur, pomegranate juice, and lime juice in a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to use. Pour the mixture into frozen martini glasses with a twist of lime peel and serve immediately.

Sidecar Cocktails
For frosting the glasses (optional):
Freshly squeezed lemon juice
Sugar
1 cup Cognac or good brandy
1/2 cup Triple Sec or Cointreau
1/4 cup tablespoons lemon juice
Maraschino cherries or lemon peel, to garnish
If you want to frost the glasses, dip the rim or 4 martini glasses in a shallow plate of lemon juice and then in the sugar. Allow to dry for 15 minutes.
Combine the Cognac, Triple Sec, and lemon juice in a pitcher. Pour some into a cocktail shaker with ice, shake well and pour into the glasses. Garnish with a cherry or lemon peel.

TGI Friday's Sex on the Beach
1 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Midori (Melon liqueur)
1 oz. Chambord (Raspberry liqueur)
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Cranberry Juice
Mix all ingredients well and pour over ice.

Notes: This is a tasty and slightly tart drink. Watch out, this is one that will sneak up on you.
1 C. Pineapple Juice
1 C. Cranberry Juice (or Cranapple Juice)
1 Jigger Vodka
1 Jigger Peach Snapps
1 Jigger Coconut Rum
Splash of Grenadine
Mix all together in a small pitcher, and pour over ice.

My favorite shot right no is a Hawaiian Life Saver. Pineapple juice, Malibu Rum and Butterscotch Schnapps. Put it all in a shaker with ice and shake the sh!t out of it then strain the ice out and pour it into medium sized shots. It should have a frothy top to it if you shook it right. YU U U M!

cable car ---1 1/2 oz captain 3/4 oz orange curacao and 1 1/2 oz fresh sour(lemonade) shake and strain into a martini glass with a Cinnamon sugar rim
