How can you tell if a guy is really into you?

I have been talking to this guy for over 2 months now. How can I keep myself from being too clingy and moving too fast?

Here are my signs to tell if a guy likes you:
-You are in school and you look up and just happen to see him staring at you
-You talk to another boy and he acts funny or tries to break up the conversation or join in out of no where
-He asks you if you have a boyfriend (but this one is not guarantee because he could be asking for a friend)
-He ask you alot of questions about yourself
-He seems to do anything for your attention even annoying things
-He gives you a longer hug than he gives other girls
