of course NO!!...... all people say that,
lifting weight is a good exercise for developing muscles,
but it will never make you become taller because the weight you lift is pushing you downwards, this will stop your height or make you lose some inches of your height.....but you can lift weight by lying on the ground and pushing upwards,or by sitting on a chair and lifting from the ground!!!.....i do that.

No! Lifting weights make you not grow at all. The body is focus on the muscle that the rest of the body gets too cramped up. Just eat things that have protein and calcium.

Lifting weights won't help you advance taller, till your striking the different way up & lifting them off the floor. once you awaken interior the morning, your surely slightly taller than you have been once you went to mattress. The tissue that connects the bones on your backbone get slightly compressed for the duration of the day by using gravity. once you're mendacity down & napping your backbone expands lower back in one day. The older you get, the less this takes place, in actuality older people advance shorter by using fact their spinal tissues now no longer strengthen as much as of their childrens. suited foodstuff & excersise will help you advance on your complete skill. do no longer smoke!

Weightlifting has no effect on height, whatsoever.

Your maximum height is determined by your genes. Improper nutrition can stunt your growth, though, so make sure you eat enough nutritious food. And try to reduce emotional and physiological stress on your body, so it can reach its full potential.

But I'll tell you, there's a trick of the eye that makes people think that you're taller if you're more built. And weightlifting makes you more attractive to lots of women or men. So I wholeheartedly endorse it. :)

You should hang from your feet while lifting weights. That should stretch you out.

No. It probably will make you a bit shorter actually. The weight itself will compress your spine, the stronger muscles will resist bone lengthening, and increased testosterone and endorphins will also stunt growth.

No, nothing helps you get taller, it just happens. All you can do is keep to a healthy lifestyle and your genetic make up will determine how tall you grow.
