I suffer with stress .just far too much on just know any advice i would be greatful of

first you need to go to the doctors and ask to be referred to a psychiatrist so that you can get to the real problem of your stress and its triggers.good luck man

Why are you under stress? What do you perceive as stress? I think we are in danger of becoming a nation of wimps.... I suspect what you are experiencing is pressure. Not the same thing. The real world is tough and the toughest will always win out so GET a grip.

I myself am under an emense amount of stress at the moment after being assaulted and other things. I suggest going out for walks, watching a movie, treating yourself to a few things. If all else fails phone this number: 0800 838587 It's the number for breathing space they are really helpful, they helped me alot.

Get a piece of paper draw a line down the middle on one side write down what stresses you and on the other what relaxes you, try to concentrate on the relaxing side and avoid situations that stress you. I know it's easier said than done but believe me I've been there and still i have bad times < mine was loosing my dad on top of a lot of other things > but i try to concentrate on the good things in my life not always easy but i try and it seems to help, my thoughts and prayers are with you, good luck from the happy trucker.

Get a stress ball or ask someone for help like someone who can help to make it less of a worry or that can take over for a while. Well i hope you get less stressed soon so you can be answering my questions on stress. :)

i recently went to the doctor who told me i am depressed, i am usually a srong person and dont let anything get to me, but have had a lot of things going on this year, and have found it hard to cope, going to the doctor and explaining how i felt was hard, but she really listened to me and suggested anti-depressants, have just started taking them so they wont kick in for another 2 weeks, if i were u i would go and see ur doctor, you might not be depressed just need someone to talk to, sometimes talking helps, you might not even be prescribed anything, it just depends on the doctors opinion of you, good luck whatever you do!!

Stress....Pends on your type? most need booze or drugs to relieve the pain... i find booze a great release!! I have found stress is worse as you age!!

The only cure I've found is to realize that most things that are out of your control, and its not your responsibility to deal with everything. Even though its difficult you have to stop caring so much.

try to get out of the stressful situation and go to a nice peaceful park to relax and drift away care-free.....or try yoga, meditation, go on a vacation....and even better, never go back to that stress environment
