Canon video camcorder connected it via usb no joy what do i need to get it running please, i dont think it wil be working for chrismas no joy with the software canon sent on cd that is quicktime.
Help please URGENT.

Have you got a firewire socket on your computer? That is what you need to transfer footage from camcorder to computer. Canon camcorders come with the necessary cable. USB is no good for transferring video.

well on your computer (not the hardrive! the box!) on the back there should be the red,yellow, and white familiar plugs. there you go problem solved

they should be a number you can call ijn the booklet
