Use a good night time skin cleanser and then moisturize. But just in case get a stick of concealer and a bit of translucent powder. Use the concealer and blend the edges into the surrounding skin. Dab on a bit of powder to set it and you should be set. Take the concealer and powder with you to freshen your look before you take any pictures. Good luck.

Put some cold ice in a ziploc bag. Put over cold spots repeatly for a total of 10 minutes. It should reduce the swelling and the blotchiness. It has also been known to get rid of zits.

I have two separate and completely different remedies. One is especially formulated to help you eliminate all the stress from your body. I am also quite certain based on what I know that it can also help you with eliminating your problem with acne. It is a dietary supplement beverage product known for many years to the Russians. In the states we call it "Tunguska Blast". The other solution that you should want to know a bout is self-hypnosis/relaxation subliminal music tapes that you will also enjoy. They will even send you a free catalog explaining how to use the power of your mind to alleviate your acne challenge. The two dot.com reference sites are potentialsunlimited.com and cruiselineamerica.healthywize.com.

I don't think there is anything you can do about the blotchy spots. But you can rub some Avino Lotion (or whatever good lotion you have), and that will probably help. Don't worry about it, we've all been through this stressful age.

Here is my advice don't touch it at all this will sound stupid but let it dry out and turn into a scab and it will soon come off. If you touch it a lot it will spread. Trust me i had a rash and i had to go to school and I touched it and it spread. If you don't touch it it will heal faster!! good luck!!
