I way right at 240 lbs., and I know I am way overweight. I am right at 6 feet tall. I am tired of being so fat and I rwally want, and need to loose some weight. I also want to loose as much some for football next year ( which starts next June).

Yes it is possible. First of all ask your selk y you need to lose weight. Is it because you are trully overweight (medical advice) or is it because you want to be the size someone else is. Anyway this is how you lose the weight. If you have a problem with over eating try to put smaller portions on your plate when you eat by using a smaller plate. Drink a lot of water. Which is probably hard for a teenager so try the water and opt for diet in your fav soft drinks. Try to get at least 30 mins of exercise a day. Dancing to your fav music, Riding a bike,Walking with friends,playing b ball anything for thirty mins. try eatting more meat less bread an rice. Try to cut back on sweets. Kellogs special K bars are good for that in between meals snack. Eat fruit . Protein bars are really good and they are healthy. Don't eat before bed unless you are going to exercise right afterwards. Try to eat at least 5 or six small meals a day to boost that metabolism. If you follow my advice you can lose 3 + 6 bls a week.

Absolutely! cut down on your carbs and play basketball. Focus on running back and forth, play Defense as much as possible. Try to do this 5 times a week and for a time no less than 30 mins per Carbs and inactivity is what is killing the youth.

Stop drinking juice or drink very little, Make Kool Aid with Splenda. Eat Whole Wheat Bread (The Brown stuff), eat less bread, avoid spaghetti and rice, Potatoes, and really sweet fruits.

Well i think if a fifteen year old lost about 35 pounds a month and ate nothing but health food (believe me one cupcake is gonna make a difference) and exercised everyday for 45 min to an hour it could hapen. And remember any thing is possible if you perservere and dont giv up.

Yes cause im 14 and I lost like 10 pounds in 3 weeks without doing any exercise and Im eating like a pig

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

if you only eat a south beach diet meal thing three times a day with two other fruit (1/2 cup) servings and one serving of (1/2 cup) almonds and work out for 3 hours a day

i'd say so.. but dont overdo it,plus 15yr olds are still growing, so you dont really wanna loose weight, especially that much
