Much and constant change.
Repenting and falling, and repenting again.
Learning, realizing my ignorance, trying to learn more.
Approaching other people and introducing to them this divine education.
Praying for forgiveness, for thankfulness, for progress....

If I knew for a fact there was a heaven and hell I'd be obliged to tell "God" what I thought of him. Frankly, only the most limited, self-important God would send his own creations to be punished for all eternity. I would give God more credit than that and I'm an atheist.
You can't be coerced into behaving the way a bullyboy wants you to. I'd like to think I wouldn't have given in to Hitler or Stalin and Yahweh, Allah etc. are no different.

As a Buddist who understands that there are hell realms that are a result of bad karma (cause and effect), and a heaven which is the result of good karma, I don't want either. If you do well and get good karma you go to heaven until you burn off all of your good karma then you wind up taking rebirth in a hell realm until all of your bad karma is purified. I'd rather keep working my tail off in this precious human birth and work towards an end to true suffering and towards true happiness, for the benefit of all sentient beings.

That's a cool analoge. I think ive heard it before. I know for a fact both are real. Therefore this question really doesnt apply to me. But i do need to leave a little more extreme for God. Since i know nonbelievers are going to place that is unimaginably worse than any horror film. God bless!

If I believed the bible as written and God as the only truth, I would believe only in him. As it is, I believe there are many paths that lead to a happy ever after. You choose your own path. Maybe the path you choose, is the right path for you. Maybe you make your own, happily every after. Whatever you believe to be true, is your truth, because you made it out of your own reality. Who knows? I do not adher to the bible, too many contradictions for me... I am a peaceful and tolerant being, I am what most would call a wiccan.

I wouldn't make any changes. I do the best I can now. If you don't, how is it that you think that reading a book will change your behavior and your fate? Don't you already the difference between right and wrong?

I wouldn't change my style of living at all. I have no desire to go to either, because I have no desire to be in one place for an eternity, no matter how good or bad it is.
