I would like to meet new friends to hang out with. Can I do this via a personals site like Yahoo Personals? Profiles often say something like 'looking for new friend,maybe more',or 'freinds first, see how it develops'. What if I don't want it to develop? I just want to hang out and have fun. No expectations, frustations, romance, or jealousy.

Well most of the people on personals arent there looking for a buddy...though I did use the yahoo site for a week and I talked to a girl and asked her why she signed up for the site and she said cos she was bored....er...awesome....

most are i was looking for friends but they wantec sex so i cancelled my membership but the other stuff is still there
