There are several things you can do. You can allow the swelling to continue unattended and eventually finish up with a serious infection. The pain of that will cause you to walk across hot coals to get to a dentist. You can see your doctor and ascertain what course of treatment he can suggest, probably commencing with a course of anti-biotics ( Hint: Do not stop taking them before the complete course is finished or re-infection may occur). The other, totally unreasonable action would be to hope it goes away. You see, infections build up poisons in the system; they spread and you can become quite ill. You MUST see a professional to have this attended to and I mean IMMEDIATELY. I hope you can arrange that as soon as possible.

Go to an oral maxilfacial surgeon because the impacted or partially impacted tooth may not becoming in the way you think. It might be coming in crooked or coming in to wear it is pushing up against your upper jaw. My sister's wisdom tooth caused her pain, but she never knew it cracked her jaw and she had to take antibiotics because it could have been more serious if she didn't. Call the surgeons to see if they have a payment plan and also a consultation where you can pay out of pocket.

Smear mayonnaise all over your body under the light of the full moon, while singing "the battle hymn of the republic" backwards. While you are doing all that, call upon the name of "Chusdkbdsb", the dental god, while eating pepper spray.
It's the only way. I promise. :)
