I had been looking for this guy for years and I finally ran into him today. we exchanged numbers, and i can't wait to see him again. What should I say to him? I am sooo happy i finally found him!! I want to see him again as soon as i can. Could he be the one?

Yes, you should definitely tell him how you feel BUT gradually. Don't tell him every deep emotion you have for him during just one meeting. It might give him the impression that you are desperate and a little weird. Play it cool but definitely tell him how you feel as the situation unfolds itself. I also suggest that you take the time to get to know him as well. He might be a different person now, and not the same guy you grew to like back then. Best of luck to you!

Oh cool, he cld be the one for you. Start with small talk and then move onto personal stuf. If you aren't going to dinner this time, offer to go next time and make sure he walks you to the door and gives you a kiss tell him how you feel after like 3 or 4 dates

probably not the one. we always dream of the one that got away, and we make them out to be more than they were. what you should start with is catching up on old times. if this relationship is meant to be, you'll know it soon enough. good luck.

The natural first topic would be to talk about how long it took for you to find him (which should flatter him) and then that should lead to what you two had been up to during that time
