Yes and formula. In the US, you CAN take water for mixing formula its on the website. They confiscated mine, but after my trip I challenged the Atlanta Airport TSA and they were wrong for confiscating it from me. Just check the website for the rules. You can bring food and drinks for children and for medical necessity.
