Besides the places other people have mentioned, have you tried asking friends if they know any single women who they could introduce you to? I know that seems pretty obvious! I really don't think that not drinking/partying are necessarily bad things when it comes to meeting women...you don't want to have beer goggles on and end up getting into something you regret. Might as well be clear-headed. Anyway, the big thing is just getting up the nerve to talk to someone. I know I'd have a really hard time doing that.

Imagine you were the kind of single girl you're looking for. What kind of hobbies/activities would interest you, other than drinking and partying? Go find the places that offer those activities in your community. The girls will be there.

Church, the grocery store, the fitness center, in an evening class you are going to take in the local college, women are everywhere. Talking to them when you and they are drinking isn't really a good way to get to know who they really are and vice versa.

Go hang out in the fresh veggies section of your local grocery store at about 3pm. Look for single Lady's and start talking...

ok then...first thinks first...start parting dude. most girls don't like boring gay guys. just go to a bar, order one drink and then find a girl, eye her for a few minutes (make sure she's not waiting for a date.) then offer to buy her a drink. if she says no say that you insist. no again means to back off so get the hell away and do the same thing to another girl, believe me, it will work or you could try a coffee house or a library

I meant my husband at my Church. He doesn't drink or smoke and he doesn't party. He likes quiet dinners with friends and family members. We have been married now for 15 years!
I wanted to meet someone also, I went to Church!
I wanted someone special in my life...

My Rhodesian Ridgeback is a magnet. Walk the dog, meet a lady. Even when I am NOT looking I get offers. No need to drink or booze it up. That pup is worth his weight in gold! No wonder I pamper the devil outta him.
BTW: You can tell which is him, which is me - he is the cute one.

you could still go for a drink with friends even if you don't drink alcohol...However I wonder the same thing as I don't drink or party...meeting guys is hard

Get involved with your church group. If you don't go to church find one. You will be greeted and welcomed by the congregation. Including single women.
