I wouldnt say i love you unless you realy do. she will probley feel pressured to say it back even if she doesnt feel the same way. i've been told that girls are hard to read!! If you want to ask a girl out all you gatta do is be yourself and tell her how you feel just ask her to a movie but let her chose the movie girls like it when you take her feelings into consideration!!!!!!!!

to tell her you love her grab her hang pull her close, brush the hair out of her face kiss her and tell her to ask her out just flat out ask face to face confidence plays a big part in how attractive someone is

Don't feel nervous just come out and ask her everyone has their nervous time so, if I was her I would understand. So, just come out and ask her and if she was the girl that u really think she is she would understand to and would say yes....GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!
