because my doctor said this word then when i lok in the chimist there was oto may people sitting so i cam out i had a dizy smell for 2min was it an panic attack

I'm trying to understand your question here.
Is it that the doctor told you that you have a medical problem that's of a sensitive nature and you had to go to the chemist?
When you got there the chemist was busy and you had a panic attack because they might hear your converstion?
If that is the question then i think it's not unusual for most people to feel stressed about talking in a chemist full of people about something of a personal nature.
Maybe it was a small panic attack but i would go back and walk past until it's quiet, maybe just as it opens.
Keep an eye on the panic attacks and go to the doc of you have another one, they can get worse if not dealt with as my sister found out.

I don't think you had a panic attack, there are more symptoms than just dizziness. I think you probably were hyperventilating. Breathing too deeply and taking in too much oxygen, which would make you feel dizzy. The usual immediate cure for this is to breath into a paper bag, to neutralise your oxygen intake, not very practical when your out though! It was probably just an anxiety attack, which can happen to anyone at anytime. I wouldn't worry about it, just forget it and get on with everything as normal. Obviously if it keeps happening, see your GP and he/she will prescribe something to stop this happening.

if you went out the chemists cos you were dizzy probably not a panic attack if you felt you had to get out of the chemists probably a panic attack
