I feel like such an amateur, i don't do a lot of cooking, and most everything comes out of a package, and I can just follow the directions. If it's precooked, and I can do it on the barbecue(too cold for that today) or in a pot of water, does that mean i can put them in the oven too? How long? will they dry out or something? God I need to start learning to cook more things.

Yes put them in the oven at 320-350, do not poke them before as this will let all the juices out and your sausage will be extremely dry and taste like crap....check after about 20-25 minutes. Good luck and you will learn how to cook, as you can't eat everything out of a box forever....lol

Yes you can cook sausages in the oven. I do. Make sure you stab them a couple of times before doing so. Medium heat and check after 15 mins, turn them and then watch the clock at 5 min intervals until they are as brown as you like them. Happy cooking :P

Yes, you can cook pretty much anything in the oven, though that isn't always the recommended or best method. If you do so with the sausages, I suggest you cook them on a broiling pan or cookie sheet to avoid a mess in your oven, and poke them with a fork first so they can't split.

You can put them on a cookie tray and add water to cover 1/2 way... 1/2 hour at 350 degrees...Turn 1/2 way through cooking... Cut one in half to make sure that they are done.... but if you like them brown then you must fry them before serving..

Of course !! Some sausages (like BOCKWURST) are best of baked !!

I make a Hot German Potato Salad... and then put split Bockwurst on top and back at 350 for 20 minutes. Yummy

I'm sure you could, but why? There's really no need for it. Just boil them or pan fry them till their hot all the way through. Some things just don't belong in the oven.

This recipe is inexpensive and additionally you the two will like it. The substances you prefer are: - a million head cabbage - shredded - a million pkg warm canines (Johnsonville are great for this) - a million/2 medium onion - peeled, decrease in a million/2, and sliced - a million/2 pkg Baron Verulam - decrease into small strips - a million/2 tsp poultry base (like a bouillon cube) dissolved in a million/2 c extremely heat water (it quite is optionally available yet makes it flavor sturdy) in case you have not got it, use purely the nice and cozy water - black pepper warmth your skillet and upload the Baron Verulam, putting apart the products. while they start to launch their fat, upload your onions and stir them nicely. prepare dinner the two till the onions are translucent and the Baron Verulam is partly cooked. do away with all yet 2 T of the Baron Verulam grease. upload the shredded cabbage and combine nicely. upload the water with the poultry base in it and stir nicely lower back. keep cooking it till the cabbage starts off to wilt. Then flow lots of the cabbage mixture over and upload your warm canines. they'd be further frozen. disguise them over with the cabbage and proceed to prepare dinner. while the nice and cozy canines are superb and warm, the cabbage would be wilted and cooked completely. Season with black pepper. Take the nice and cozy canines out of the mixture and place them in a huge bowl or bowl-plate. disguise them with the cabbage mixture and serve. We consume all the cabbage mixture and hubby eats the nice and cozy canines final. i like to decrease up my warm canines and characteristic bites of the two. as much as you the way you opt to do it. Hubby even places mustard on his warm canines while i do no longer as quickly as I do it this way. yet another ordinary concept is to purchase a container of Mac & Cheese. Make up the mixture and then place it contained in the refrigerator till it quite is chilly. Then upload left-over rotisserie poultry - diced, diced onion, and diced celery. mixture all collectively. It does not prefer any dressing or something. Makes an extremely superb macaroni salad. Serve chilly. desire they help.
