You're looking at trying to loose 10+ pounds a month!!! Is there some reason you have to do it in 5 months? It sounds like you've been doing great on your own. You don't want to go below 800 calories a day unless your under medical supervision. I've heard drinking green tea daily, instead of coffee is supposed to help you loose 5-10 pounds in a month. Just keep doing what you're doing. If you're not currently exercising, start and that should help rev up your metabolism. You can also buy packets of flavored green tea to add to bottled drinking water that taste pretty good. (I don't like drinking water either!) As far as the hoodia is concerned-I've heard amazing stories about it but I would check with your doctor first. "Natural" stuff can interact with other medicine you might be using. If you find some "magic" in a bottle somewhere, please share it with the rest of us!!! Until then, BE SAFE on your quest to loose weight. It's no fun being skinny if your sick! Good Luck.

Yes, Beyoncie Knolls lost 20lbs in two weeks with the Master Clens. It might give you a boost to loose a lot initally. Try drinking carbonated water, with bubbles, it is better than regular as it makes you think you are having a soda. I think Hoodia works only in the short term, try filling up with no or low cal liquids.

rock. okay. I recently lost 50 pounds in five months. I found that I could loose about 10-15 pounds a month. I walked several miles everyday and had an awesome diet of veggies and fresh fruit. no meat or dairy (vegetarian) and some breads, pastas, beans, etc. cut my portions down a super lot. absolutely no junk food. so, I think you can loose a shitload of weight, maybe not the exact amount you want, but you'll be so pleased that you have lost even 30 pounds, that it won't really matter. good luck to you.

Yes, I have done it...I started my lifestyle changes on July 1st and have lost 70lbs since then. Its taken a degree of strictness and exercise every day but I have done it. Now I just need to lose another 130lbs, but I will do it.
Google the GI Diet by Rick Gallop, its a fantastic eating plan, healthy and easy to use, and does not use any special foods, just normal stuff. You eat 3 meals a day and 3 snacks and you never get hungry.
Stay clear of the tablets, they do not help over the long term, they are a false sense of security. You need to make sustainable changes;

well first of all, i would like to commend you on your loss. it is not easy to change your habits but it looks like your doing great. at the rait your going you should lose that excess weight in no time. it is definitely not impossible. my friend went on jenny craig and lost 100lbs. in just 5 months. crystal light is definitely a better alternative to soda. it has much less calories, soda, and is all in all more healthier. just exercise at least 3 times a week. cardio for at least 30minutes will do wonders.
good luck with everything
i wish you the best....

Yeah. There is something like diet. actually it is not diet. You drink only water for about 20 days (depends on your body, your docter will define it). You are doing this under control of doctor. May be you dont believe to me but you can make research about it. After this period you will be not only thin you will also be more healty than ever because your body will be got rid of all artificial matter. Bot the water is specific. you will bu it from pharmacy. Everbody who has done this is happy. trust me

It's possible, but if you don't eat anything, then it wouldn't be really healthy. Just exercise a lot and cut out on all sodas. That will make a huge difference!
