when pumping the gas it makes sounds like a motorcycle then stalls out slowly.

It sounds like your cat. convertor is plugged up. Have somebody stand back at the tailpipe, and listen as you rev. the engine a little.

I know all the other answers refer you to fuel related problems and you should certainly eliminate fuel first but a failing coil can cause similar symptoms.

When a coil starts to fail, it will sometimes allow a motor to run for a short time before dying - this can make you think it's a fuel problem when it's actually a lack of spark. If you have a spare coil - swap it over and see what happens - you might be surprised.

Sounds like a bad fuel pump problem or fuel line filters are plugged up, there is one in gas tank and one on the engine block.
