My daughter chose a name for our new kitten. The name is Twyla... she got it from a movie. Our kitten is female and is white, black, and light brownish/tan. we wanted kind of a girly name. What do you think?

Purr-fect! I think it really is a great name because your daughter selected it and it not only shows her creativity but it gives her a sense of involvment. it also gave her the opportunity to make a decision and hopefully you gave her the seal of approval. Someday when she's grown up, she will look back and remember that she got to name her cat! Bye the way, the name is adorable! I'm sure you will both enjoy your pet very much.

That's wonderful. There's also a Twyla Tharp who is a famous dancer/choreographer. And cats are graceful and move beautifully too.
