I agreed with a person on the subject of gays. It is NOT my opinion it is a fact. It is unatural to be gay and God will punish all gays that don't turn from their sin in the end. I may get reported again but I've done my part as it seems like no one has any morals any more or knows right from wrong. Just because society accepts something doesn't make it right, God doesn't change the rules. I would rather be in violation of yahoo guidelines (another word for taking away my freedom of speech) than be one of those in violation of God because he will do more than send a notice. Is there anyone out there that has sense enough to know that is it sick and unnatural to be gay? You might be born that way but you can be healed and not act on it.

please note this has nothing to do with tolerance or hate it is fact. If I accept someone who is against God because they were born that way or because it is considered normal in other species, I will then have to accept child molestors and rapist because they were born violent. As far as other species, we were made in the image of God above all other species (no other species has a soul). I guess we should all lick ourselves down there justlike the animals do to clean ourselves and kill the weaker people for food rather than buy our groceries because after all this is normal in some species and if we are being compared to lower animals, then we should act like them. And God will judge all of those doing wrong and they will suffer the consequences.

I'm so sad to hear the responses I am getting. Very few good anwers and thank you to the few God fearing people who have answered. I will pray for the rest of you and let me leave a seed in your mine "that stupid bigot girl in pink" keep those words in your mind and remember them when you stand before God one day soon and you will know that I told you the truth and you chose to bellieve a lie" God Bless you All

I like your reposnse, I also would rather be in violation of Yahoo than to not stand up for God's truth.
I don't even believe someone is born that way, God doesn't make mistakes - its sin, just plain ole sin.
I am not very familiar with this site, I posted a question for the first time a couple of weeks ago - couldn't believe how quickly answers came back, but I was so busy that day and since, so today is my second time. Thought I would try and familiarize myself with it when I saw your question while scrolling down the list of questions. Well, actually your question seems to be in response to something else, so I guess I'm coming into the middle of something.
I wrote to the United Methodist Church when I came up on their site and saw how they have many gay bishops (I think that is what they are called). So I questioned them on it. They wrote back with a web site that provided their entire statement of faith and where they stand on such issues as homosexuality, abortions, etc. It was all terribly sad.
I wrote them back saying it truly grieved my heart to see what they were teaching people and asked how they could allow themselves to be so blind on what God's word says about it. And I wondered how they could have no fear of standing before Christ and telling Him God's word was wrong. I said some other things to, but all was said in a very kind loving manner which I truly have compassion for the ones they were decieving.
Stay as you are, stand firm and high on God's word, He will reward and bless you for it.

1. Questions of 'morality' are never 'facts'. The very definitions of right and wrong are subjective and depend on the person defining them. Thus they are by definition opinions. Even if it is God's opinion that being gay is 'wrong', it's still an opinion. Get it right.
2. Since homosexuality has been around for thousands of years and the percentage of gays in the general population has not really changed, it is obviously natural. It may be uncommon, it may be atypical, but it's clearly natural.
3. God doesn't change the rules? Read Exodus. God decided to punish some of the Israelites for making a golden calf and thus breaking a rule, and then CHANGED HIS MIND and let them live, thus CHANGING A RULE.
4. You cannot be 'healed' from being gay, anymore than you can be 'healed' from being left handed. You might decide not to practice your sexuality, just like you might decide to write with your right hand instead, but you'll STILL be gay (or left handed) regardless of whether or not you practice it.
It's time for you to grow up now. This is the world. Be an adult and live in it or stay a child and live in a fantasy land. Your choice.

If you wish to express hatred this is not an open forum for it - it is to a large degree regulated by the ordinary people who participate and as such all users can exercise their privilege to report you if they think you are in violation of the community guidelines.
I don't know what you said, nor am I making any judgement of whether or not you were in violation of the community guidelines or not.
That said; you are mistaken about your freedom of speech being taken away. Yahoo is not subject to the laws governing free speech in public places in your country - in fact it is a for profit company that makes it's money primarily from advertising and when you joined this on-line forum you agreed to waive your rights to free speech here and subject your expression to regulation by Yahoo while on it's premises.
Therefore they are perfectly within their rights to regulate your behaviour within their communication channels (whether according to their policies or not - for that matter they could even regulate in a totally arbitrary manner according to the whims of their representatives - if they wished to do so...)
If you wish to complain about it to customer service - go right ahead - but I would not expect them to change their policy just for you.
The general reaction to all complaints about violation notices seems to be - if you don't like it - go somewhere else...
By the way - I'm not gay and I still think that you are expressing opinion not fact. You may be convinced that you are right and you were not being treated fairly, but so what? The world doesn't appear to run according to your commands - that is just my opinion, but I think it's a bit more realistic than your so called 'facts'. On a personal note - I recommend you get over your inflated sense of of your own importance - and just learn to accept that there are people who do not think as you do or agree with you because that is the only 'fact' which is obvious from your question.

I've heard, though not experienced personally, that certain groups of people here are "report monkeys"(?) and will immediately jump on anything that speaks ill of their denomination. Y!A is also seems to be sort of delete-happy. If someone complains, I think they tend to just delete the comment or post in question without bothering to look at it. Anyway, I wouldn't take it personally, it's just part of posting in a volatile environment. Just chalk it up to some idiot who couldn't handle a little honest criticism.

You know, people like you really get on my nerves. What are you talking about - "you've done your part"? What exactly IS your part? It may come as a surprise to you but, you weren't created to judge others - the only reason God created us was to love one another. You don't have to agree with the the gay lifestyle - that is not the issue. God's commandment to us is that we love one another as He has loved us.
No one can truly know the mind of God, so I really did not appreciate your little "God will do more than send a notice" line. You may think you do, but you don't know the mind of God. You're so busy condemning and judging gay people. You need to examine your own heart before you attack others. Cut the self-righteous crap.
You must be some kind of piece of work to live around.

Yahoo is a privately owned site and therefore your freedom of speech does not apply. Yahoo's guidelines DO apply. Just because you have an opinion on something doesn't mean you get to break the rules of this site and not be reported for it. If you felt that the violation was in error, you are free to contact Yahoo Answers staff and appeal their decision.

Violation? Relax - it's not like you got a $200 speeding ticket or something! Why can't everyone just stop worrying about what consenting adults do with other consenting adults in the privacy of their own home?

Well for one thing you MORON, it is not, as you put it "unnatural" to be homosexual.
In fact, homosexual behavior has been observed in ALL mammalian species on earth and some bird and reptile species as well.
Making homosexuality completely natural.
See how reality and truth, trump your ignorance every time?
Edit.
Wow, just when I thought you couldn't get more stupid, you go and post and prove me wrong.
Your ignorance is absolutely staggering.

Dude, if you really think they are going to burn in hell forever, why bother torturing them here on Earth? Keep your opinions to yourself, stop discriminating, and rest easy in your idea that they will suffer for eternity. Because if it turns out you're wrong about that, then you were completely wrong about homosexuality being wrong in the first place.
