I just got my tongue pierced about 4 hours ago and I really have no swelling or bleeding.
How long does it usually take for the swelling to kick in?
It doesn't really hurt at all either.
Another thing just garggle with Listerine or is there something else I should be using. I bought some H20 stuff from the piercer but it's not going to last me long.

the stuff is called H2o Ocean..it's sea salt and water.

First consider your self lucky that you have no swelling, with more luck you might not have any. Yes, Listerine or Peroxide is good. You mention "some H20 stuff", H20 is nothing but plain water, you might be wrong there.

These are questions for the piercer. If you made the decision to have body art, you should have been more responsible in procuring research to answer you questions and issues which may arise in the future as a result of your piercing.

you might not have any, or much at all.. I didnt.. I was able to change mine within 5 days. although they said it wasnt smart......
