Hebrew is both the language and the ethnic division which spawned the Israelites, and other clans (see Genesis 10:21-32).

Israelite (I know you did not ask about this one, but there is a technical difference) are the children (descendants) of Jacob (a.k.a. Israel) -- the 12(13) tribes of Israel.

Jew primarily refers to the single tribe of Judah, but they had absorbed most of the tribe of Benjamin, and many of the Levites. This was due to various circumstances in their history.

Jewish also refers to the religious beliefs of the Jewish people. It is derived from the religion that God gave them after the Exodus from Egypt.

Israeli refers to the inhabitants of the modern day land called Israel. It isn't necessarily related to the other meanings.

Jewish- Someone who is a Jew. A Jew, according to the Jewish religion, Judaism (which is what defines who is a Jew) is anyone born of a Jewish mother or who converted properly. Originally, those who were not converts or descendants of converts are descendants of the 12 tribes of Israel, but in most cases, the tribe of Judah from where the word "Jew" comes from.

Hebrew- Either a language, which is the language the Jewish Bible was written in, or an old, Biblical term for a Jew. In the Bible, a member of the 12 tribes of Israel was called either an Israelite or a Hebrew. Joseph, son of Jacob, was identified as a "Hebrew" or Ivri in Hebrew,

Israeli- citizen of the mordern State of Israel. In most cases, an Israeli is Jewish, being that there is a Jewish majority, though there are Christian and Arab Israelis as well.

I would call Hebrew more of a tribe than a race. Racially there are semitic non-Hebrews (and non-Jews) in Israel/Palestine.

You can be any combination off the three.
