K... I am 18 and I consider myself to be pretty congenial. I am smart, pretty, outgoing, religious, and well groomed, boys tell me I am one of the prettiest girls in school and very easy to get along with, so how come I can never get a date?

you are probably are very pretty and because of that guys your age doubt themselves. i've had the same problem. but i solved it I started to look for college guys they are more confident have better heads on their shoulders and always are more interested in their relationships. date someone 5 to 6 years older than you if your parents allow it.im 19 and my boyfriend is 25 and he is the best guy i ever dated. the rest of the guys were okay but i feel good about him. so try it if your in college look for someone there and if not dont look at clubs because there you will only find party animals and thats not the type of guy you want. good luck.

Guys tend to be intimidated by a girl's looks, thinking sometimes that they don't stand a chance asking out girls they perceive to be pretty. Also, some guys are reluctant to date a girl who is religious. Since you are both of these things, then the chances of the guys asking you out are going to be slim. I suggest you make the first move and ask out a guy that you'd like to spend time with, or at least strongly suggest going out together to the guy.

Act like you don't want to find a boyfriend and they will be all over you. Or as soon as a guy wants to date you, someone else will come along at the same time. Happens all the time. Just have patients and don't give in just to get dates. Have standards...the right guy is waiting for you, don't worry.

OMG!!!! I say that to myself all the time!!! Why do guys, always tell me that i am total gf material, but none of them want me!!!!! i have come to the conclusion that women like us intimated men. They are use to the girls that through their selves, since we are not the same, its to much of a challenge, they want something easy. Believe me sooner or later a guy will came, that is looking for girls like us!!!! Just hang in there. Good Luck!!!!!

guys become interested in people who seem like they are interested in them. most guys probably dont think they have a chance with you and go for girls they think they do have a chance with. i bet if you showed interest in someone you could easily get them to ask you out.

maybe they are intimated by you. Sometimes all the pretty girls find themselves single because the guys get intimidated.
