when he left me he said it was
cuz he loved his ex a lot
and
cuz he was going to miss me when i move(2 months)
now...his ex doesn't have the same hobbies as him(i did)and isn't as pretty and definetly is not as popular with the guys(or in general)
the last time i saw the two at my friends party...his brother...he had his new girlfriend...but didn't seem as happywith her...he would show me off a lot when we were together to make all the other guys jealous that i was his (this is terrible...but i was a lot...easier...but we didn't have sex!)
i dunno...does anyone think that he actually left me at all on part to the fact that i am moving?
i constantly wonder...
and he has avoided me and we haven't talked since he left...but people told me he was really sad after he left me(but he got together with his ex either the same day or around the day after he left me)

Seems to me that he decided to move on ahead of time so that your move would be less devastating for him? Not stating it was the right/best thing to do.....But think about this--if he was shallow enough to prepare HIMSELF for your move with an ex...he has freed you from the selfishness that would be your life waiting for him to get his act together. Cry your tears, smile in his face and move on.....regardless of how old you are!!!!

One reason is as good as another and it is not uncommon for a guy to gloss over the real reason he leaves someone for someone else. If he is not as happy now as he was with you then maybe he is just trying to save face. Maybe he is just letting you know in his mind he did not make a mistake even if he really thinks he did but he is not going to admit it to you or anyone else for that matter. Maybe you accidentally found out the real reason he feels he left which is thinking the grass is greener on the other side of the fence and he found out it isn't but far be it from him to admit it. However, you know he is not happy now like he was with you.

It was probably a combination of the two. I don't know the details of why he broke up with his ex, but maybe he realized that he had made a mistake. He was also probably looking at the future. You will be moving away and there is no future for you two. He most likely doesnt want to be alone...

Does the why really matter if you're moving? This was bound to happen. If he cut you loose like this, though, you're better off.

i think this guy sounds like hes scared to be alone, he obviously didnt have genuine feelings for you if he could easily go back to his ex.
and maybe his ex is a nice person because you sound like you arent!

It doesn't really matter why he left you.....the bottom line is he left and you're leaving too.
Stop worrying about something that really doesn't matter now.
