There is no equivalent because the name Nancy is also used in Spanish speaking countries.

My spanish cousin is named Nancy. There is no English/Spanish difference with the name Nancy that I know of.

Its Nancy, its just pronounced different (nansi)
Maria to Mary is not a direct translation its just changed to interpret it. Kind of like when somenone name Jorge is called george in english.

I'm from Argentina and the name Nancy is used soo much here, and it seems to me that there's no "spanish version".
