I'm 20 years old and this 33 yr old guy is verbally abusing me everytime i'm at work. I've planning to do something for a month or so now and i've finally come to the conclusion of slashing his tires. Now, if i were to get caught, what would my consequences be? I've told my general manager before about the abuse and he basically told me to stay away from him and i've been. But everytime i walk by or hes near he always has to mock me or say something under is breath like "dog" or "trash" and whatever i'm doing has NOTHING to do with him! Please help, i need to do something about this ASAP.

here is what you do......pay a hooker to seduce him and rock his world. Then pay her to leave him for you and have her tell everyone that the reason she likes you better is because your piece is twice as big as his and that you are better in bed. It'll cost you $200 max which is cheaper than the attorney bills.......and if he ever says anything to you, all you have to do is look at his crotch and laugh. I actually did that b4, and the guy quit 2 days later!

Best thing to do to him? Tell your boss that he said something sexual to you. That way he has to be put on the defensive, and will think twice about messing with you again. Would serve him right if he got fired. Plus your boss is REQUIRED to report that. At least they will make him get counseling. What a jerk.

Or, instead of slashing his tires, either siphon his gas, or put a sugar cube in his gas tank. Doing the sugar cube is easier, and less chance of getting caught. Then he has to spend big bucks getting his fuel injectors cleaned out, and will get stranded on the road somewhere (or at work) when the stuff crystalizes.

Don't slash his tires. Tell him to stop/confront him about it. If he continues to verbally abuse you tell your boss, threaten to take some sort of legal action. Slashing his tires won't do any good bc when you're in court as the defendant they might see everything he said about you justified. And you'll be paying him money....
It's not worth it. Stand up for yourself and if it continues get your biggest best boy/friend to beat his a$s.
good luck....

Slashing tires can get you more than just property damage trouble. You can also be charged with harassment and maybe even assault if it is perceived to be a threat of bodily harm.

There are lots of better ways to get back without the violent association.

what someone calls you names and you want to ruin his car..i hope you get caught....this is the problem with society..are you trash? or a dog?..if not then do not worry about it..if you are ( and since you want to slash his tires, i would say yes..then hey he is only telling the truth...or you can be a professional and go to a person that is higher up, or go to human resources.

for the person who said this is sexual harassment, i am curious as to why? to me it is just harassment, or creating a hostile work environment

Grow up and handle this like an adult. Is it worth jail and losing your job over this? If you can't ignore the person then file a hostile work complaint with your boss. Your boss will take this much more seriously for fear of a law suit.

If he had a blow-out he might be killed. Regardless you will become a criminal..Don't put yourself in harms way.. Contact your local Police department and see if you can talk to a female officer or female detective. Explain your problem, if they do their job it should be the end of it...As a last resort you can and should go to the courts and apply for a RESTRAINING ORDER...Talk to the Clerk of Courts, they will help...Don't put up with any crap from some Dip sh**. Don't be timid. Stand up for yourself....

#1...that is sexual harassment. The manager is as responsible as the creep is. Threated a suit, but do it in writing.

#2.slashing his tires won't hurt him. comprehensive insurance will pay to replace them.

Document the harrasment. Tell your boss. Sue the crap out of the company if they do nothing. Sue the crap out of him. Adults don't slash tires, they hire lawyers honey. GROW UP

Not a good idea. Destruction of property can get you a criminal record that will follow you the rest of your life.

Smear vaseline all over his windshield instead. It's a major pain in the butt to remove, but it doesn't harm the vehicle.
