You should be able to buy it in the spice aisle of any grocery store. Just read the fine print on the packaging. Some will say ground, and some will say whole.

The bigger, more expensive grocery stores have it, or places like Whole Foods. I think you could also probably find it in the health food stores that have a grocery section.

You might want to look at health food stores, or at various ethnic grocery shops(especially Asian, Middle Eastern, or Indian/ Pakistani). They typically carry many kinds of spices, and you can often get them in bulk.

Any large chain supermarket. And if you still can't find it, try Macy's. I buy whole peppercorns from them for my pepper mill. You may pay a little more, but they offer the best.
