You betcha! Use a really low heat or a double boiler. If you don't have a double boiler, put a pan of water on the stove, and put a smaller pot inside the water. Put your kisses in the smaller pot with milk and just stir until melted. It ought to be delicious! A yummy flavor to add is orange by using zest or make it Mexican hot chocolate by adding cinnamon! Enjoy!!!

I don't see why not. Just melt them in a small pan over low heat and very gradually stir in hot milk. I've never done it, but that's what I'd do. If it doesn't work then at least you've answered your question. Good Luck!!

Well if your making the one from the bag you can warm the water up and ad the chocolate chips. It's really good! I have had it myself!

melt the kisses in a double boiler, once melted, slowly add the milk...rim the mugs with some cinnamon sugar or use a candy cane to stir to make it festive...

if you are of drinking age, add a shot of cinnamon, vanilla or mint schnapps...yummy!
