also, when you exercise here's a few tips:
to lose weight in your stomach, do crunches. start small, like 10 or 15 crunches a day, and work your way up. you only need to do this about four times a week. (oh if you don't know, a crunch is like a half sit-up)
to lose weight in your legs, go out jogging! people won't think it's weird, and it can really help. even like 10 minutes a day for about 4 days a week will really help!
also, to lose weight in your arms, try to do push ups or pull ups. start at one, and work your way up. it might take a while until you see results, but don't give up!

First of all don't make food your enemy. If you become to skinny your hair will fall out, your teeth will rot and your bones will crumble. Eat 3 Healthy meals a day plus 5 peices of fruit and veg. Exercise 30-40 mins 4-5 times a week and im sure you will be fine. If you fancy a chocolate bar, eat it and don't feel guilty about it, just exercise afterwards. You just have to balance your diet! After 2 heart surgery I am very serious ,we live in one of a few country's where u can eat your self to death.The heart surgery is no picnic. I eat a moderate breakfast, moderate lunch and almost no dinner. of coarse all are low fat. Get serious every calorie is bad especially animal fats. Drink water and no sugar drinks. the low calorie drinks irritate the stomach.
Good luck it is a hard battle.

you need to eat balanced meals through out the day. I would guess to say that you starve yourself most of the day and then binge eat at night?

first of all dont beat yourself up.... second of all if you want to lose weight you need to have a healthy balance of excersise and eating right. when you feel like you want to eat and binge out.. grab some fruit..... apples, grapes, oranges... eat something healthy
