I have been begging my fiance for a BROWN scottish fold kitten for about a year now. I know he won't get me one, so does anyone know where I could find one? They are of a unique breed and their little ears fold down. My thing is, however, that it has to be solid brown. I saw a picture of one a few years back and absolutely fell in love with it. I'd love any help or suggestions you may have. Also, what is the price I can expect?

Someone was trying to determine whether or not they wanted to get rid of their 3rd Scottish Fold kitten on answers a few days ago. You might scan the closed to new answers part of answers to see if you can find it. They can give you all sorts of information.

Many "pure-bred" cats come with genetic health problems. I don't know exactly what the problems are with the "folds" and you can be sure no breeder is going to tell you about it (them).
There are too many cats in the world needing homes to go looking for one with a genetic defect.
