i have 4 different banks andi wanted to know if it will increase my tax payment

Nope, different bank accounts does not increase your tax you will pay.

No, you just have to pay taxes on the interest you make. It doesn't matter if it is one bank or ten banks.

not at all .... your tax depends on your income, it has nothing to do where and how u do banking.
