koukla means doll literally (κούκλα). it is used to describe a beautiful woman (like gorgeous)..
I think your spelling the other word wrong.

It is true that koukla means doll and is used to describe

But if you hear it from somebody you dont know
is something close to "thanks chic"

I think the fisrt word might be eycharisto, so that would mean "thanks, beautiful". The first answer seems wrong, I gave a high rating by accident.
