A hickey is basically a bruise, caused by the accumulation of blood under the skin, which in turn was caused by sucking the neck, or whatever. I have yet to hear about a remedy to get rid of the blood under the skin. You could try some makeup, or base, and see how that does. As far as I know, it'll only take time for your body to absorb the old blood cells causing the discoloration of your skin.

put a butter knife in the freezer, let it stay in there for a few minutes, place it on the hickey until the knife cools off, repeat a few times, the hickey should fade a bit. depends how many times you do it.

Cover up stick that women use for makeup. How to get rid of it. I would tell the person to not suck on your neck.
