The amount of nicotine in a whole box of cigars could easily kill you. Nicotine is an extremely deadly drug. It's LD50 dose is significantly less than cyanide or arsenic, two famous poisons. Since you normally only cosume extremely small amounts of nicotine, it's not thought of as the deadly poison it really is.
As a previous poster stated, however, you would get very sick and vomit before you were able to finish smoking the whole box. Even if you persisted and kept smoking, you'd probably just pass out before you died. However, if you were to somehow injest the entire box's worth of nicotine at once, you'd certainly die within minutes (I'm thinking upwards to 30 minutes at most).

dunno...my father smoked box after box & didn't die 'til he was 86. On the other hand if you smoked the whole box all at once, you just might get enogh nicotine to kill you before you finish.
