It sounds like the beginning of a romance. Now, I don't know your current situation, but you should ask him out on a date or something, you know, start small...holiday dinner, whatever. Good luck!

I actually think that he has a thing for u. If he says 'its an absolute pleasure to know' then he must have a thing for u. Or he might've gotten that line from a romance book cuz i remember 'great to have you in my life' line from a book. He's clever but not clever enough. Anyway he might not be too poetic or not really into romance but i still say he has a thing for u. But still u have 2 be cautious and predictible. But not too predictible. You never know what will happen.
