just be honest and sincere they can tell if it is fake. find something about her that you are attracted to or like.

girls like to be complimented for their looks like "you look so nice you change your hair? Or I love the way you look in those pants. Impress her by not talking and actually listen to what she is talking about ( you'll get an award for that one). Things like let me get the door, I like to see the looks on peoples faces when you enter the room. Or you know being around you makes me want to be a better person. Or is that your natural walk or did you have to attend classes for that; if she ask what you like about it, just say everything,it turns me on. Look into her eyes and take notes, wait until your in a dim place and describe the colors you remember about them, compare them to sunsets or the sky in October. When you first see her and give her a light hug breath slightly through your nose and comment "I love the way you smell" but whisper it before she gets to see your face" . just tell her what you think. You don't like her for no reason, just tell her the reasons

depends if she is your girlfriend or just a female friend or just a female you like
ok...here it is:
girlfriend:
you are so beautiful- you look like an angel - you are the most beautiful person i have ever seen- i love you- i want you so much
female friend:
support her and compliment her -- play a cool song on guitar(make sure u're better if she plays guitar) write her a poem buy her chocolates or somethin
just a random girl:
compliment her clothing or specifics about her...such as "you have beautiful eyes" or somethin"i like your necklace...it brings out the color in your hair" etc and compliment and show interest in her interest and hobbies

First off, forget about impressing someone.With women especially one you just met, its bad to talk about yourself alot or try to come off as some cool and show of things you have or doing stupid things.Most times you look like a superficial fool and do anything but impress.
Just talk with her and let her know what you like about her.For instance, if your talking and she is looking at you and smiling and laughing let her know that you really like her smile and that her laugh makes you smile and want to laugh yourself because she seems to bring out the best in you when she is happy.Things like that.
Just have fun with her and always be respectful and kind and the rest will come natural.

Be honest. When you see her first tell her what you like such as
I like your outfit or you hair looks nice today
To impress her, find her interest and educate yourself. Relax and be who you are. That's what always makes me fall for guys.
Buying things could be something but i've known some girls it makes it weird. So maybe wait on that.
Girls love to be noticed so notice small thinks, her earrings, rings, make up, ect.

If you are not yet in a relationship with this girl, don't make it too intense.
Telling her you like her hair or outfit always works, without coming on too strong. Then just talk to her about everyday things. If she's interested in continuing the conversation, she's probably interested right back :)

Tell her that her hair looks nice or that she looks pretty that day. It takes girls forever to get ready, so compliments are well appreciated. Don't tell her that she looks good on a day that she really doesn't b/c she could get offended! Hope I helped, bye.

A good compliment would be that you like her hair or clothes.
" I like your hair like that" or "is that a new shirt, I like it, it's nice" or " that's a great color on you, it makes your eyes sparkle"

be sincere, compliment her dressing and her looks;don't make such a fuss if you see her chatting with another boy, it could piss her.be friendly, try and have a good sense of humour.......try not to forget special days that mean a lot to her.Good luck
