Look up the BMI (Body Mass Index) on yahoo search. I typed in your height 5'7" and weight 127, and it calculated your BMI as 19.9 which is GREAT. The normal range is 18.5-24.9, so you're right in the middle. Just be proud of your body, keep exercising and eating right, and don't be so hard on your body image.

Assuming the pouch is fat, you need to do cardio to burn it away. The best bang for your buck would be interval training. Basically sprint 1 minute, walk 2 and repeat. Do that for 20-30 minutes 3 times a week and you'll have your flat stomach in no time.

In case you don't already know, you need to watch your diet. If you're eating high calorie, sugary or fatty foods you'll find it difficult to reach your goal muchless sustain it once it's reached.

Winsor Pilates. They have a move where instead of sitting up you are pulling your legs up and that's great for working the lower abdominal pouch.

You can firm up the abs with exercise, but the stretched skin from pregnancy probably can only be remedied with plastic surgery...
