It could be a urinary tract infection or and STD. Either way I would go to the doctor as soon as you can. The sooner you treat it, the quicker it will stop hurting.

You more than likely have an UTI (urinary tract infection), which is probably in the bladder. Your doctor can prescribe a drug like sulfa-trimeth or Floxin, which will clear up this problem.

it could be a number of STD's go see a doctor ASAP it could cause serious damage if not checked soon.
