My husband just bought one, but has not tried it out yet. I liked the Kokak or better name brand, is Panasonic a goodd name in the digital camera department? Thanks.

Which model? I've had an FZ1 for over two years and it has been great. The image stabilization and the 12x optical zoom work well together. I've even had some pictures taken with the camera accepted on one of the stock photography sites.

What model? I've got the FZ30 and love it. It could do better in low light, but other than that. it takes excellent pics. Try here:
