Cologne.... available in many drugstores. Or what about a gift card for a favorite local resturaunt? I know in small towns there is always that one place you end up no matter what... and since 22 yr olds dont always have alot of money it'd defenitely be used!

Get him a subscription to Playboy or Hustler. Or how about a six pack of his favorite beer. If he has a favorite bar, buy him beer chips. When in doubt, ask his friends.
