i am not overweight but i have fat on me i want to replace most of it with musscle. i need good, at home exercises

Carmen Electra's strip tease aerobics. SO much fun! You can get them at Target for like 15 bucks. DVD 2 is strictly fitness and it works all the trouble areas for us girls. Like Buns, Thighs, Abs, and even the back muscles. Plus. try doing lots of crunches. Don't push yourself too hard...but remember "no pain, no gain!" :)

You can not beat Jogging for both your goals chances are you already have a pair of sneakers so put em on and go for a jog.

Try walking briskly, then jogging, and then running.
