Well...
A threesome would certainly be a great gift. But, having said that...
In reality, few relationships can withstand threesomes (or other multiple partnerings)......
If you choose that, make sure that you are up to the experience. From your end, it will be the experience of watching him cheating, and knowing how much he will enjoy it. Can you really deal with that?? (or does the threesome mean 2 men??)

Something you know he will love, Do what thou wilt. If you dont mind another woman that is greaty do it. It will be sensual and consensual at the same time...
