Unless you are catholic or orthodox, leave the gnostic alone. We are the only two that labeled them heritics.

There are many non-Canonical gospels we consider might be Gnostic (from http://www.earlychristianwritings.com/gnostics.html):
* The Gospel of Thomas
* The Secret Book of James
* Basilides
* Naassene Fragment
* Gospel of Mary
* Dialogue of the Savior
* Gospel of the Savior
* Marcion
* Epiphanes
* Ophite Diagrams
* Ptolemy
* Gospel of Truth
* Excerpts of Theodotus
* Heracleon
* Acts of Peter
* Acts of Thomas

Most of what we know is derived from such books, and the comments of early Christians or theologians writing about the Gnostics, the Ebionites, etc.

Oh, and by the way, you might want to do some research about the Ebionites as well. You might even notice some similarities between the Ebionites and Islam.

you will desire to no longer be extra defective on your assertion. Paul became no longer a gnostic. a million Corinthians 15 is an if-then contingency argument on the % of the actual resurrection. The Gospels very of course are no longer gnostic in nature, and John's letters are very of course cautioning against gnosticism. you have your historic timelines out of sequence. The Gospels and the epistles all date from severely until now circumstances than do the gnostic "gospels" and different writings. i could no longer disagree with you extra once you're saying that there is not any "information" for Jesus. you have direct testimony interior the kinds of the Gospels and New testomony writings. you have the writings of the early church writers, a number of who studied decrease than John, or studied decrease than the people who studied decrease than John. ninety 5%+ of the recent testomony could be reproduced from the early church writers whether you had NO manuscript information from the NT (we've hundreds of copies). additionally, you have extra suitable-Biblical historians who cite Jesus besides. Your assertion/place makes no logical experience Soli Deo Gloria

First of all, welcome back!!
Second, you may need to distinguish between what the Bible says; and what people (Christians) do. They are not the same. That partially explains the many denominations presently in the USA. Correct me if I am currently wrong on the point; but I believe Muslims use the '2 or more witnesses' principle. (Christians are given it in scripture presently; but many do not apply it here apparently).
May you receive an unmistakeable pleasant surprise today!!!

Not sure what your seeking, is it spirituality? My religion is basically God Jesus, spiritualness like. I tend to judge truth by feel, basically use spirit that's within to feel what is the truth. I went from Catholic, and consider myself to be a Christian, altho feel that I don't need to be in a religion, I like to communicate to God spiritually..... I don't think I fit the gnostis type.? guess I never study it, I believe it's an older Christianity version, sounds spiritual.

Christian are Christian.
Gnostic Christian are NOT Christian.

i don't know much about it but as i know they seperate the soul of the body so they believe that the body (material) is evil and whatever sin they do with it, is ok.
