It's nearly over here, already ;)
On 21st, I cleaned the place and baked a Yule cake, then I lit a fire. The fire must be lit throughout the night, to help the new sun be reborn. During the longest night of the year, there is time for meditation and divining about the next year. I fixed and polished anew my set of runes.
On the solstice day (today), the cake is eaten and the house is decorated by evergreen branches and holly berries.

Merry christmas to you too,what i will be doing for christmas is celebrating the goddess and God in my life which means blessing them in a positive way.and remembering the hard times they had here on the earth when They were young and had to survive themselves during the cold winter months.the fact that They had to have only logs to keep warm and only a bonfire to cook their meals,was the fact of it being hard.now you see,the fact that we dont have to live like that.we have cars,and better foods,and a better heating source to keep warm in the winter.we should all remember the olden days and not forget the meaning of christmas.this is the true meaning of christmas in my heart.
